These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hublr platform, applications, website and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using Hublr, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to use Hublr.
   By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
   ·      you are at least 18 years old
   ·      you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
   ·      the information you provide is accurate

2. Accounts
   Users are responsible for:
   ·      maintaining account security
   ·      protecting login credentials
   ·      all activity occurring under their account
   You agree not to:
   ·      impersonate another person
   ·      create fake accounts
   ·      share accounts
   ·      use another user’s credentials
   Hublr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content
   Users may upload, create or share content including:
   ·      posts
   ·      household information
   ·      polls
   ·      tasks
   ·      images
   ·      files
   ·      notes
   ·      referral activity
   You retain ownership of your content.
   By uploading content, you grant Hublr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

4. Household & Social Features
   Hublr facilitates collaboration between household members.
   Users acknowledge that:
   ·      household interactions occur at their own risk
   ·      other users may access shared household information
   ·      Hublr does not independently verify the identity of all users and cannot guarantee the identity or conduct of any user on the platform
   ·      Hublr does not guarantee user conduct or behaviour
   Hublr is not responsible for:
   ·      interpersonal disputes
   ·      unpaid debts
   ·      housemate disagreements
   ·      property damage
   ·      offline conduct
   ·      external financial arrangements

5. Payments & Financial Information
   Hublr does not currently process payments, hold funds or facilitate financial transactions.
   Users may voluntarily share bank account details with household members for independent external transfers.
   Hublr:
   ·      does not guarantee payments
   ·      does not verify banking information
   ·      is not responsible for external transfers
   ·      is not liable for financial disputes between users

6. Prohibited Conduct
   Users must not:
   ·      harass or abuse others
   ·      upload unlawful, harmful or fraudulent content
   ·      spam or manipulate the platform
   ·      attempt to gain unauthorised access
   ·      distribute malware or malicious code
   ·      infringe intellectual property rights
   ·      scrape or copy platform data
   ·      use Hublr for illegal activity
   ·      share another person’s confidential information without permission

7. Moderation & Enforcement
   Hublr reserves the right to:
   ·      investigate violations
   ·      remove content
   ·      restrict features
   ·      suspend or terminate accounts
   ·      report unlawful conduct
   We may take action without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

8. Intellectual Property
   The Hublr platform, branding, software, designs, trademarks and content are owned by or licensed to HUBLR PTY LTD.
   Users may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit Hublr intellectual property without permission.

9. Availability & Changes
   We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
   We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Third-Party Services
    The Services may integrate with third-party providers, infrastructure or platforms.
    Hublr is not responsible for third-party services, content or policies.

11. Disclaimers
    The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hublr disclaims warranties including:
    ·      merchantability
    ·      fitness for a particular purpose
    ·      availability
    ·      reliability
    ·      security
    ·      non-infringement

12. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUBLR PTY LTD and its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for:
    ·      indirect or consequential loss
    ·      data loss
    ·      lost profits
    ·      personal disputes
    ·      financial loss between users
    ·      user conduct
    ·      reliance on platform content
    Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to Hublr in the preceding 12 months, or AUD $100 if no payments were made.

13. Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HUBLR PTY LTD from claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from:
    ·      your use of the Services
    ·      your content
    ·      your violation of these Terms
    ·      disputes with other users

14. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion.
    Users may stop using the Services at any time.
    Certain obligations survive termination including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations and dispute provisions.

15. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
    Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

16. Changes To These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time.
    Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
